Returns
Return Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns/exchanges are the customers liability to pay for the postage.
You may wish to return your items if they are not personalised or custom made for you.
We do not accept returns on sale items, pre-orders or gift cards.
To start a return process, you can contact us at sales@myminielephant.com and then you will be provided with instructions of returning the items.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do go through a 3 step control process to ensure the goods you receive are absolutely perfect for you!
Exchanges
We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
If our item isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
